Azores Government Denies Delaying €4.2 Million to IPSS Institutions

The Union of IPSS (Private Social Solidarity Institutions) in the Azores claims it is owed €4.2 million in surcharges, blaming the Regional Government, which has commissioned a study on the real cost of these institutions.
