Number of Migrants Seeking Repatriation from Ireland Nearly Doubles

The number of migrants seeking government assistance to return to their home countries from Ireland has almost doubled, with the State spending €1.6 million on the scheme. Citizens of Georgia account for over 20% of the applications under this program.
