Prokuratura Regionalna w Gdańsku złożyła skargę kasacyjną od wyroku Sądu Apelacyjnego w Gdańsku dotyczącego reaktywowanej przedwojennej spółki spółki "C.Ulrich". To zwrot w sprawie sytuacji prawnej gruntów, na których stoją bloki spółdzielni mieszkaniowej "Koło". Spółka niedawno zgłosiła do nich swoje roszczenia. Zdaniem prokuratury prawidłowość jej wpisu do KRS "budzi wątpliwości".
