Ljubljana Hospital Introduces Minimally Invasive Heart Surgery for Children

The University Medical Centre Ljubljana has successfully launched a program for minimally invasive surgical treatment of selected congenital heart defects, already performing the procedure on three children aged two to four years.

Petcentimetrski rez: manj invazivne operacije za otroke s srčnimi napakami

V Univerzitetnem kliničnem centru Ljubljana so uspešno uvedli program minimalno invazivnega kirurškega zdravljenja izbranih prirojenih srčnih napak. Novo metodo so že uporabili pri treh otrocih, starih od dveh do štirih let, ki so po posegih dobro okrevali in so že doma.
