Lithuania Reminds Electric Scooter Users of Regulations and Fines
As warmer weather brings electric scooters and e-bikes back to city streets, Lithuanian authorities are reminding users of existing regulations. For two years, requirements have been in place to insure certain unregistered motor vehicles, with violations potentially leading to significant fines.
