Montenegro Constitutional Court Initiative on Budget Decision

An initiative has been submitted to Montenegro's Constitutional Court to assess the constitutionality and legality of a decision, warning of potential irreparable damage to public interest and a budget of 500,000 euros allocated for the purpose.
