Scientists Discover Oldest Evidence of Interbreeding Between Ancient Human Species

Chinese scientists have obtained the first molecular evidence, through protein analysis, of interbreeding between our ancestor Homo erectus and the Denisovans, relatives of Neanderthals, marking the oldest known episode of sex and procreation among human species.
