Moldovan Local Authorities Protest Proposed Administrative Reform
The Congress of Local Authorities of Moldova (CALM) has called for urgent intervention from President Sandu, Tofana, and the Intelligence and Security Service (SIB) regarding a proposed local government reform. CALM asserts that the reform constitutes a serious abuse that undermines local autonomy and the rule of law.
