Hong Kong jails student who paid stand-in to take TOEFL exam

A mainland Chinese student who repeatedly failed the English exams required to graduate from a Hong Kong university was jailed for three months after hiring someone else to take the TOEFL test for her and submitting a doctored score report, a court has ruled.
