FSB Reportedly Cuts Off Russia from the Internet, Causing Kremlin Conflict
The transfer of internet control to the FSB's Second Service, which led to the shutdown of WhatsApp, Telegram, and eventually the entire internet, has reportedly caused a conflict between the security service and the Kremlin, according to the Financial Times.
