Ontario Man Pleads Guilty to Multi-Million-Dollar US Data Theft and Ransom

Connor Riley Moucka of Kitchener, Ontario, has pleaded guilty to computer fraud, wire fraud, use of stolen credentials, and aggravated identity theft in a multi-million-dollar data theft and ransom scheme in the U.S., facing up to 32 years in prison.
