Tusk Criticizes EU Approach to Russia Negotiations and Ukraine's EU Path
Donald Tusk criticized the idea of a French or German leader negotiating with Russia on behalf of the entire EU, especially if they are not EU members. He also agreed with Hungary that Ukraine should not be fast-tracked into the EU while Western Balkan countries face a longer process.
