Syrian Refugee Found Not Criminally Responsible in Deadly Ontario Crash

A Syrian refugee has been found not criminally responsible for failing to stop after a deadly crash in Ontario and has received an absolute discharge. He was previously released on bail while appealing a dangerous driving conviction.
