SATS Investigates Pay Deduction for Airport Wheelchair Assistant's Lateness

SATS is investigating claims that a service partner docked S$5 from an airport wheelchair assistant's pay for being 11 seconds late. Manpower regulations state that pay deductions for absence cannot exceed the employee’s salary for the period they were absent.
