
UK Government Seeks to Block Early Release of PC Harper's Killers
Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham and Prime Minister Rishi Sunak are working to prevent the early release of the killers of PC Andrew Harper under a new prisoner release scheme. The Prime Minister has asked the Justice Secretary to find a way to exclude them from the scheme.
