Swiss Canton Agrees to Compensation for Wrongfully Imprisoned Murderer

A man who was wrongfully imprisoned for approximately seven years for the rape and murder of a prostitute will receive 175,000 Swiss francs in compensation from the Canton of Aargau, following a case that had political repercussions.
