Albanian police search for Klesti Çela after assault on IKMT director

A serious incident occurred at the National Inspectorate of Territorial Protection (IKMT) where director Fatmir Meta was assaulted by Klesti Çela, the director of Environment. Police are now searching for Çela, who was reportedly aided by three others.
