Japan's MLIT Issues Flood Countermeasure Guidelines for Underground Parking Lots
Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) has compiled guidelines for flood countermeasures in national underground parking lots, following a major flood incident in Mie Prefecture last September where over 270 cars were submerged.
