Power Outage Affects Parts of Barcelona
A technical fault at a substation in Sant Andreu caused a power outage, leaving approximately 90,000 people in parts of Barcelona, including Horta, Sant Gervasi, Nou Barris, and Sant Andreu, without electricity. Nearby municipalities like Montcada i Reixac and Badalona were also affected.
