House to test Madriaga’s credibility

The justice committee of the House of Representatives is expected to test the credibility of self-proclaimed bagman Ramil Madriaga as he testifies in the panel’s clarificatory hearings tomorrow to determine “probable cause” in the impeachment proceedings against Vice President Sara Duterte.
