MMDAs prioritising permit fees over proper planning enforcement – Physical Planners Association President

The National President of the Local Government Service and Head of the Physical Planning Department, Gifty Nyarko, has accused some Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs) of placing revenue generation ahead of public safety in the management of physical development.
