Bulgarian Companies Face Delays in Capital Conversion to Euro, Deadline to Be Extended

Lawyers and businesses are complaining about slow processing at Bulgaria's Registry Agency regarding the conversion of company capital from Bulgarian lev to euro. The Ministry of Justice is preparing legislative changes to extend the deadline for this conversion.
