Drunk Van Driver Causes Accident on A3 Highway in Croatia

A 59-year-old drunk van driver, with 1.92 g/kg alcohol, caused an accident on the A3 highway near Zagreb, lightly injuring a car driver. He was fined 1640 euros and received a three-month driving ban.
