Pechenihy Community Declares Mourning Days After Russian Missile Strike

The Pechenihy community in Ukraine's Kharkiv region has declared August 18 and 19 as days of mourning following a Russian missile strike on the central part of the settlement on August 18. The strike resulted in fatalities.
