Tens of Thousands of Plug-in Hybrids to Lose Green License Plates in Hungary

Tens of thousands of plug-in hybrid vehicles in Hungary are set to lose their green license plates, which previously offered various benefits. Owners may retain their current alphanumeric combination but will need to undergo a two-step administrative process.
