Man Charged with 25 Counts of Restaurant Fraud in Warsaw

Police in Warsaw have arrested a 39-year-old man suspected of 25 counts of fraud, where he would order meals in restaurants and then falsely request them to be added to a hotel room bill of his alleged father.
