Irish E-Scooter Ban Backed by Two-Thirds, Riders Break Speed Limits

A survey shows two-thirds of people back an all-out e-scooter ban, with 85% reporting seeing riders break the 20km/h speed limit, ahead of new rules requiring users to be over 18 and wear helmets and hi-vis clothing.
