Polish tax authorities combat tax avoidance, focusing on family foundations

Over the past decade, Polish tax authorities have identified more than 260 instances of taxpayers circumventing the law to avoid taxation. The exact number of artificial transactions prevented by the anti-avoidance clause remains unknown.
