Man Arrested for Repeatedly Ordering and Cancelling Magazine Merchandise
A 32-year-old man from Osaka has been arrested by the Metropolitan Police Department for repeatedly placing large orders on a major publisher's online shop and then failing to pay. He is suspected of making over 2,000 fraudulent orders, reportedly stating that he felt "refreshed" by purchasing items before they sold out.
