Germany joins France in KNDS shareholding, paving the way for a stock market listing

Paris and Berlin have agreed to each hold 40% of the manufacturer of the Caesar howitzer and Leopard 2 tank, in order to 'decide on strategy as equals.' The remaining shares will be sold to investors through a dual listing in Paris and Frankfurt that is expected in the coming days.
