Tinubu Pledges Civilian Leadership for NYSC, Urges UN Charter Inclusion in Constitutions

President Bola Tinubu announced that the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) will be led by a civilian Director-General, not a military officer. He also called on United Nations member states to incorporate the preamble of the UN Charter into their national constitutions.
