Plainclothes Officer Catches Drug Dealer on Bus in Luxembourg

Matthew E. swallowed 17 pellets of cocaine before a police check. A plainclothes officer later sat behind him on a bus, leading to his arrest. He was eventually ordered to pay for the X-ray images that incriminated him.
