Spanish Cities Dispute Ownership of Picasso's 'Guernica'

A dispute has erupted between Madrid and the Basque Country over the temporary relocation of Pablo Picasso's masterpiece, 'Guernica'. While the painting currently resides in Madrid's Reina Sofía Museum, Basque authorities wish for it to be displayed in Bilbao.
