Police are alerting the public to new online scams where fraudsters pose as landlords and demand a deposit payment from apartment seekers even before they have viewed the property.

Policisti opozarjajo na nove oblike spletnih prevar. Prevaranti se izdajajo za najemodajalce, iskalcem stanovanj pa postavljajo nerazumne pogoje, denimo plačilo varščine še pred ogledom stanovanja. Pogovarjali smo se s Kranjčanko, ki že eno leto išče novo najemno stanovanje, v tem času pa so jo skušali kar trikrat prevarati.
