Port of Constanța Acquires Operator of Moldova's Giurgiulești Port
The Romanian government announced the completion of a transaction where the National Company Maritime Ports Administration SA Constanța acquired ICS Danube Logistics, the operator of the International Port of Giurgiulești in the Republic of Moldova, from the European Bank.
