Spain Opposes Rollback on Decarbonization and Labor Rights

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez has sent a letter to the European Council President, Antonio Costa, outlining ten proposals and expressing Spain's opposition to any reversal on decarbonization efforts or labor rights in the name of competitiveness.
