Algarve Health Unit Unable to Collect €1.2M from Foreigners

The Local Health Unit (ULS) in Portugal's Algarve region has been unable to collect 1.2 million euros for healthcare services provided to foreign nationals over the past two years, primarily from French, British, German, and Spanish citizens.
