Yevgeny Poddubny, a Russian war correspondent and one of the top five candidates on United Russia’s list for the State Duma elections, declared shares in several foreign companies, including Apple Inc., Intel Corporation, Procter & Gamble, and Nebius Group N.V., the Russian business daily Kommersant reported.
