IDC Director Mirsad Tokaca Detained Over Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina Flag

Mirsad Tokaca, Director of the Research and Documentation Center (IDC), was detained at the Rogatica Police Station after police officers stopped him regarding a Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina flag.
