Education Ministry Rules Okinawa High School Curriculum Violated Basic Act on Education After Boat Accident
Japan's Ministry of Education has ruled that a Kyoto high school's curriculum violated the Basic Act on Education's political neutrality clause, following a boat capsizing accident off Henoko, Okinawa, that killed students and the captain.
