Montenegro's progress in Media Literacy Index noted, still below European average
The Center for Civic Education (CGO) highlights that the latest Media Literacy Index, published by the Open Society Foundation, shows some progress for Montenegro. However, this improvement is still far from sufficient to meet the existing challenges, keeping the country below the European average.
