W ciągu najbliższych 50 dni powinniśmy zawrzeć warte dziesiątki miliardów złotych umowy na zakup uzbrojenia z unijnego Instrumentu SAFE. Jednak na razie wciąż brak porozumienia między MON i MF w sprawie VAT.
