Vilnius Not Planning New Waste-to-Energy Plant Despite Increased Need
Despite the Mayor of Vilnius stating a need for increased waste incineration capacity in the capital, the state-owned "Ignitis Group," which partially manages Vilnius and Kaunas combined heat and power plants, has no plans to invest in a new facility.
