Portuguese Law Proposal Addresses Old Rent Contracts and Tenant Preference

A new law proposal submitted to the Portuguese Parliament aims to allow for the updating of old rent contracts upon the death of the contract holder and to revise the regime of tenants' right of first refusal in property sales.
