Former Limerick Hurler's Damages Award Reduced on Appeal
Former Limerick hurler Mark Keane's almost €1 million damages award has been reduced by €58,000 on appeal against Johnson & Johnson. The appeal resulted in a significant reduction of the initial compensation.
