Philippine Authorities Summon Bus Operator After Deadly Camarines Sur Crash
The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has summoned the operator of a passenger bus involved in a road crash in Camarines Sur, Philippines, which resulted in at least five fatalities and eight injuries.
