
Appeal Court Bars INEC from Recognizing Mark-Led ADC Congresses
The Appeal Court has affirmed an order preventing the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from recognizing congresses organized by the Mark-led faction of the African Democratic Congress (ADC). Despite the ruling, the ADC and its presidential candidate, Atiku, insist that their primaries and candidates remain valid, with Atiku planning to appeal to the Supreme Court.
