Berkshire Hathaway Ends Selling Streak with Major Stock Buys and Charitable Donations
Berkshire Hathaway ended a 14-quarter selling streak by purchasing $23.5 billion in stocks, including a $10 billion private investment in one company. Concurrently, Warren Buffett donated $6 billion of Berkshire stock to family foundations, notably excluding the Gates Foundation for the first time in two decades.
