Shell Sells 580 South African Stations to Abu Dhabi's Adnoc for $1 Billion

After more than a century, Shell is selling 580 petrol stations in South Africa to Abu Dhabi's Adnoc for one billion dollars, though it will continue oil and gas drilling off the country's coast.
