Pantelej Residents Block Roads Over High-Speed Rail Construction

Residents of the Pantelej settlement in Niš have blocked roads for three days to protest the construction of a high-speed railway, fearing it will isolate them from the rest of the city. Their primary concern is being cut off from urban access.
